I started Faultline 22 years ago to fill a need to get urgent shipments picked up and delivered efficiently, accurately and as fast as possible. Although speed is essential, it doesn't mean a thing if we've picked up the wrong material or delivered it to the wrong place. This is the most detail driven form of delivery there is.

A gentleman called from Annapolis , Maryland yesterday needing three large crates delivered to a booth for a tradeshow at the S.C. Convention Center . Other delivery services gave him many reasons why this would be difficult: Union rules, time restraints, receiving dock reservations etc. I suggested that he ship the crates to us and we'd wheel them through the front doors and deliver directly to his company's booth. “THAT'S WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR!!”, he exclaimed. “PERFECT!”

Of course most deliveries are not as fun as this. Most involve retrieving obscure parts from vendors in the Bay Area and delivering them to a specific lobby in a specific building to a specific person at a specific time. And can we please deliver them at 2:45 A.M. ? Some are pre-scheduled daily routes. Some might be hazardous chemicals, or legal papers or test parts.

Regardless of what it is, Same-Day Delivery means that something is urgent. We understand. We keep a close eye on each shipment. We capture all of the details and provide all confirmation information needed. We've done these thousands of times. We think it's fun!
